I love the boots! It feels like im walking on clouds ( I did insert dr scholls ). They are really strong and Ultra light, the perfect combo for a wet weather boots.

Don’t waste your time buying through marks.

I purchased a pair of Helly Hansen work boots from Mark’s for use at work. Unfortunately, the boots split along the seam after a relatively short period of use. Although Helly Hansen offers an 11-month warranty, I was informed that this warranty does not apply since the purchase was made through Mark’s. Mark’s warranty is only valid for 3 months, which had already expired by the time the issue occurred.
I reached out to both parties but was disappointed to find that neither was willing to assist with a resolution. I expected better durability and customer support for a product at this price point. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling that the purchase was a waste of money.
No, I do not recommend this product.

send me an used boots，and it is not going well to return it, the marks store in richmond trade me like that is my fault, i have to contact the store which send it out by myself. the store manager never show up.

Uncomfortable

I ordered the correct size but after wearing for 2 days have found these boots pinch in on my toe and make the boots unwearable. As they are worn I'm not sure I can get a refund.
