Built well but pops open

Had high hopes for this as all my other Helly gear is fantastic but this belt has quickly become unwearable due to the buckle popping open under normal use. It would not be suitable for even moderate physical activity as the buckle does not hold under pressure.

Belt looks great, but the buckle is unsatisfying at stay closed to hold my pants up. Sitting down at any time causes the buckle to unlatch. Bending over or even squaring down causes the buckle to also unlatch.

Absolute garbage. I weigh 145lbs and after a month of wearing this belt I can’t even bend over without the belt popping open. Almost lost my pants multiple times now when carrying something. Buy literally any other belt than this. It is junk

Lasted for about a month. Buckle would keep releasing. Helly Hansen said to call Mark's. Mark's says to to call H/H.

Wish I had seen the reviews about this belt because apparently it's a pretty universal problem. Just about any strain, no matter how minor, makes the clasp come undone. Cool. Complete waste of money.

A: Hello, thank you for reaching out. We are aware of this issue and everything was resolved with manufacturer. All new inventory arriving to stores has improved buckle and comes in 2 sizes. Sorry for inconvenience.
