I have been wearing them for 3 weeks. It is great to have a work pant designed for female body. The waist stays where it is supposed to be and all the belt loops are great. The small tool pockets are very handy for the everyday essentials but don't add bulk. I love the knee pad inserts and not having straps wrapped around my leg. When first put on, they feel a bit bulky but after a few minutes you get used to them. My knees appreciate the cushion!! A strong, durable material without being stiff and scratchy. They're expensive but I believe these will last a long time.

Don't waste your money

I ripped the crotch out after only wearing them for 5 or 6 months. Paid too much for that to happen so fast.

I bought these pants and they were okay at first. The flappy pockets that hang down instantly got caught and got torn, I'd go for a separate tool belt next time.
The main and worst thing is that they don't sit on my body in a good way. If I let them settle, they sit too low and dig into my stomach, but if I want them on my waist or to even just pull them up a bit, they ride up my crotch. So they sit in a really weird middle-ground that is very uncomfortable. Would not buy again and would not recommend. I'd go for something that isn't the ONLY carpenter pant in store, I'm taking my business to somewhere that specializes or at least knows how a curvy body works and makes more than one product of this type. Maybe like dovetail.

I love these pants! I normally wear the men's size 36x30in in the Chelsea . The largest size available was 14...and only in 32 length (I'm a 30 length) I was a little worried that 14 would be too small or not comfortable... But they are very comfortable! 32 is too long but I can deal with that. I would definitely recommend and buy more when I need them!
The only con I would say is the front pockets are much higher than the Chelsea pants... Harder to hang my drill from!
I would recommend getting the Helly Hanson knee pad inserts!! I am an electrician and find I kneel constantly! Saves my knees!!!
