The shirt fit my husband perfectly. He was going to a FIFA game and was happy to have a Canada shirt to wear. When I was folding it up after he had tried it on, I noticed a small hole in the side seam. It was disappointing but we understood that these things can happen so we stood in line to return it. For some reason, the computer didn’t recognize the product code and they were unable to refund my credit card. They tried many different ways but in the end, I had to settle for a store credit. Again, not the fault of the staff. I work in customer service too and they did their best. It was only $16 but, you sent me a survey so ….that’s my story.
