Best waterproof winter boots for kids

The kids feet never get wet. There is no tongue or lace holes for snow and slush to seep in. Removable liners can be aired out to prevent smells. I purchase the same ones every year for my oldest and they hold up in good enough condition to pass down to younger sibling.
