Wide Feet Winners

I have wide feet and work boots with steel/composite toes have no give in that department. They can be extremely painful to wear all day. After hunting for a new pair of boots that are wide enough, I found that there are very few "wide" models and it can be very confusing how wide something actually is. Wide is considered E and the there's extra-wide EE or 2E, ultra wide 3E, etc. On the Keen website, these are listed as just "Wide", which is not an actual measurement and not really descript. On another website, I found them in the 2E category. I can say from experience, that these are quite wide and it is obvious when you see them that the toe cap is much wider than most other models. They actually fit my feet and didn't even hurt during the break-in period. They still fit on the snug side all around. I ended up going with my normal size, but likely could have even gone up half a size, although there is some give and they worked in a bit. Regardless, even though they are snug, they still didn't hurt to wear. If you have wide feet - these are the ones! In comparison to Kodiak Widebody, the Keen boots are wider, more comfortable and much more true to size. The Kodiak ones are way too long compared to normal sizing and I had to go down 1.5 sizes to get a close fit, but they were still nowhere near as comfortable as these Keen boots.

I work 14-21 days in a row every month and I have never had boots so comfortable. I can walk in deep puddle up to my ankles and my feet stay dry and warm. I love these boots!

Bad

Bought these 3 weeks hoping they would get better and “break in” but they didn’t. Trying on in the store they seemed fine, but as soon as I started walking in them the steel toe was pointed down and rubbed on my top foot. When I tried to tie it tighter to maybe relieve that it brought a new symptom. My heel started to feel inured and by the end of the work day mi could barely walk on my right foot. And yes I went to red wing and got laser measurement of my feet and these are the shoes they gave me that fit my feet

No, I do not recommend this product.

Poor quality

Had to return the boots after just over a month because the heel was defective and the stitching started to gray all over
