Not the slightest waterproof.

Absolutely ZERO waterproofness. I wouldn't say they're water resistant. First snow storm im cleaning my car to go to work and within dropping snow on my boots the second time, i felt wet. I chucked it up to just the cold getting in a bit and will see at work how it goes. Lets just say my feets where wet at the tip and on the outer sides. I have actual waterproof tim boots i wear to do my home snowplowing and the outside gets all wet (they turn dark dark brown they get so wet) and yet the inside is dryer then my clothes coming out the dryer. Thats waterproof. These kodiak boots dont even come close to that. I wouldn't wear them in rain. (I wear h/h boots for warmer days that have literal vents at the sole and even during heavy rains nothing gets in.) Shame, they seemed comfortable. Will be making use of the 100 day return policy for work boots. Clearly a massive defect. Very hard to find good items these days. Companies rather cheap out and lose customers then make actual good gear and keep customers. Kodiak used to be a very good brand but they've followed suit with cheaping out over profits. This was my last kodiak product. Too much issues. Tldr: not waterproof, not recommended.

No, I do not recommend this product.
