Slightly large, but otherwise a good rain cap

I had to move the velcro strap to almost the tightest setting to get it to fit snugly onto my large head in a way that it would not get removed by a strong gust of wind. If you have a smaller head, you might need to have a winter head band or a pair of those flat ear covers under it to keep it on in windy conditions. I think it also likely doesn't "breathe" much and may not be comfortable to wear during hot summer weather for any longer than a few minutes.
