Back part slips off, there are better performing metal studs on Amazon. Still better then no cleats though. Last about 1 season. The ones I got on Amazon are significantly better 3x anti slip

The cleats will damage hard wood floors and be slick on hard smooth surfaces like tile and marble surfaces.
