Levi's Men's 505 Regular Fit Denim Jeans

Orderd 4 pairs, 2 in blue and 2 in black. Good fit and great sales price

I bought these online from Manitoba for my husband as a birthday gift and had it shipped to him - unfortunately he had to exchange these for a 547. It would be a bit complicated as the 547's were more expensive and I ordered these on sale online from another province. I told him to ask them what do we need to do so he could get the 547's and I was prepared to return it and all the steps that id normally involved in ordering online - exchange, invoices, money refunded , then have him buy the ones he wanted and then I would e-transfer the money that him as I insisted on paying for his gift. When he went in and explained the situation - the staff at the Mark's branch at 530 Chatham Street Victoria BC were so kind and helpful that they just exchanged the 505's for 547 no issues! And even though the 547's were a little more expensive it was just a simple exchange. Such a blessing! Even if we had to pay the extra , we were prepared to pay but it was their professional approach to the matter that caught out attention - my husband said they were very helpful and accommodating and understanding of the situation. Kudos to the staff members that he spoke with directly! We will definitely be buying at Mark's in the future due to this excellent custom service and understanding in this matter. These 505's were a little too loose in the back - he is about 5'11" , 150 lbs, very slim built.
