It’s not the style or fit.
It’s all about the lack of stock in the sizes needed.
I brought a pair back that were supposed to be 38” waist and they were 36.
Came back for an exchange and no stock.
They said that there were other stores many miles away. I drive there and they are closed before the posted hours

505 are my go-to jeans. I've bought them forever. Never any other brand and only once in the last decade+ have I bought something different - a 550 pair!
