Poor shipping

I ordered the jeans at the store to have them shipped to my house. the store would not include a box number as they said it would be delivered to my house. The parcel was shipped through Canda Post with no box number so the parcel was returned to shipper. I am still waiting for a refund for the purchase.

I work loading trailers for UPS. Practically an all steel environment. VERY unforgiving on clothes. I wanted to save a little money and bought cheap jeans. Constant rips and tears. They only lasted a few months. This is 2026. I'm still working in the 505's I bought back in 2024. Not going to buy any other brand.

Some time ago, two rear belt loops were removed from the 505. I assume to save money. I haven't bought Levi's since and don't plan to. You had a great product that didn't need any changes.
