Tight fit, cheap material

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I tried these on I could barely get them over my waist. It's a much tighter fit than I thought. I should've bought a size larger had I known. The other thing is the material felt paper thin and really cheapened. I was looking forward to these jeans and disappointed in quality and size.

Returned, too tight in thighs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If this is the non-slim bootcut style I’d hate to see what the 527 is like. I get the feeling that the 517 just doesn’t work as well in smaller waist sizes, because in a 29 waist they fit me like 511s in the thigh, which is not really what I was going for. I’m already skinny, so anything cut that slim just makes me look skeletal. They also don’t quite achieve the intended look with boots in this small of a waist because the flare doesn’t have much room to narrow before the boot shaft starts to interfere with the pant leg. I think I’ll just have to try a relaxed straight cut like the 559, which should have the necessary width all the way down.
