Sleeves Are Short

Ordered an XL and the jacket is almost triangle shaped. Wide at the bottom and tight across the shoulders, so any movement with your arms, the sleeves just ride up your arm. Thought I would wear it for a day to see if it would relax, but no luck. Since I wore it, I own it.
