[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first tried them on, they were just a little big, so I decided that after washing and drying they should shrink. Not only did they NOT shrink, but stretched bigger! Plus there was a TERRIBLE smell of mildew after pulling them from the dryer. I couldn't wear them without washing them again in a Clorox for Colors detergent. The outlet store wouldn't take them back because I washed them. I've ordered a smaller size to try and will see how they do.

Nice jeans, but fit not quite there

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are really nice jeans - the Working Harder and Tribeca Sun colors are great colors and the length is perfect. However, a big frustration is the fit around my hips/waist. I originally ordered a size 28x32, but the length was too long and the waist was a tad too loose. So I returned them and bought size 27x30. 30 length was perfect, but 27 is just a tad too tight. I have to stretch it to button the top and it's pretty snug at my pelvis. I'm typically a size 4 in jeans, and for instance, the Old Navy jeans are perfect size for me except the length. So I wanted to try Levi's because you could adjust the length to 30 inches. I wish the 27 was 27 1/2 in or matched size 4 jeans that you can buy elsewhere. After wearing these jeans all day, I take them off and feel a little better that I'm not scrunched inside those tight jeans. I'm slim too at 124 lbs 5ft 7.5 inches tall, and it's just my pelvis and hip bones that are snug.
