Good look but too much “shaping”

I find the “shaping” just a little too much While the overall look is good once I figure finally get them on, the jeans are really hard to pull up.

The jeans had a musty/moldy smell when they arrived. It took 2 washing’s and fabric softener to get the smell out! Also the color was much lighter than shown on the website. However the fit was good and the sale price was good so I will keep them.

poor customer service, inconsistent!

Not a good fit yet the size is what I regularly buy. I called the store and was told I could exchange them, however when I got to the store I was told this was not possible so I was given a refund. I tried on another pair exactly the same as those I returned, same size and this pair fit! When I went to purchase the second pair the 25% off which I had paid for the returned pair did not apply. My travel time to and from the store was over 2hrs. x 2 trips. Do better Marks and be consistent, I won't be ordering online for pick up anymore.
