Poor shopping experience at a store I had liked

I LOVE the jeans! However my MARKS purchase experience was very poor. Staff member told me they were not available other than black- I tried on blue but were not available in my size. Had to
Probe to ask to see if another store had them- I would pick up. Never asked if she could help order on line or if that was available
Bought on line- not able to confirm shipping address until order confirmation, then unable to change or call for a change once order was confirmed. I have no
Idea where the jeans age now- Canada post says delivered but I did not receive
On sale for 25% off, now on 50% off. I asked if there would be a better price and was told NEVER

This store has gone downhill....messy store , lack of quality product( Levi jeans, boots, socks, jackets) very poor service; no one available to answer questions, lazy staff service. My husband and I were faithful to this store as we shopped for work and hiking clothes. Now the quality has gone, the store is a disaster, clothes are everywhere no order....just will not shop here as much as I used to!!!☹️👎

Perfect dark indigo blue that just gives any outfit an upgrade! The classic Levi pockets and signature logo on the back is gorgeous! Giving that luxury vibe! It fit me like a glove in allllll areas! It really gave it was made for ME! Absolutely amazing! No complains! So comfortable! Dress down or dress it up!

I love that they are a bit longer, ideal for pairing with boots in winter., and they are so comfortable that I even wear them for pale travel.
The fabric quality is excellent, and the stitching details look great. I really love the color and the design. They are versatile for everyday wear or going out, and the cut is very flattering. Levi's never disappoints in durability - a great investment compared to other brands. 100% recommend
