Don’t shop at Marks

DO NOT RECOMMEND MARKS. Ordered item online only to be sent a email with an incorrect UPS tracking number. Days went by (2-3 day shipping) and called marks. Was told I’d have to wait another 3-5 business days as they open up a case number for it. Mind you this is Christmas time and a Christmas gift. No trust in the company or their customer service.
