Ordering was frustrating

The fit is true to size.
The process on ordering online was frustrating. Tried on 3 different devices and it kept freezing at the checkout. I gave up only to find out 2 days later my credit card was charged. I never got a confirmation or ready to pick up email even though the email is correct.
