Bought these shoes a months ago. I already had a pair of tan slip on shoes and needed the black ones for other color choices. They are comfortable right out of the box, and I have a long history of satisfaction with Merrell’s other products. I expect the same quality and durability from these.

Have purchased these over the past 6-7 years and really like the fit. I wear these daily so I get a year annd a bit out of them before I either wear the sole out or the opening starts to wear through the seam. Other brands I find either rub on my ankle bone or the backside of upper heel area.

Dangerous

This product should be removed from the shelves IMMEDIATELY!
Initially, all seemed okay, but it quickly became apparent that these shoes are actually DANGEROUS.
The soles do not grip. Recently, I was standing on a tile floor, and it felt like I was standing on ice, my legs started to drift apart. On the face of it, that might sound funny, but when it feels like one has no control over one's legs it actually feels quite frightening.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Bulldozer tracks for your feet!

Merrill Jungle Mocs are very well made. The sole is sturdy and defends the feet against loose rocks and uneven surfaces. I live and work on the side of a mountain and these shoes hold up well against the terrain. I have confidence that they will serve me well for years to come.

Bought my first pair 15 years ago and I'm so happy I'm coming back for a second replacement pair. The original pair is still good and comfortable but looking a little shabby on the suede exterior (just too much use over the years!).
