Replacing a 10 year old pair of Merrells. These new ones are as comfortable and good looking as the old ones. I hope they last as long. The old pair are still comfortable but are looking a little worn.

I got these as a replacement for another company's shoes which had hooks instead of eyelets. One of the hooks tore away from the shoe. The Merrell shoes have all eyelets and no hooks.

These shoes are well made, good looking, and super comfortable. I wore them on my recent trip to Boston, and I couldn’t be happier with them. Great do everything shoe, and fit true to size.

Shoes are comfortable. Outside material does compromise color (soft, mud, grass, etc.) Size is accurate. It does take 10+ sessions to complete a break in period. The soles start rigid, but clearly soften to a flexible point.

These were my third pair of Speed Strike shoes - obviously, I like them and they work well for my feet. Why not 5 stars? This pair seems just a bit smaller than my other two pairs and as such, they are not quite as comfortable. Not bad...but not like my other Merrell's which are put 'em on and never take them off wonderful. They're new - and I will be hopeful that they give a little after use.
