So far they keep my feet warm. I feel like they could allow your foot to move a bit too much in your boots if you have them sized too big, but as far as quality goes they seem like a decent wool sock.

Thin and uncomfortable for work

I like how high and soft they are. But they're almost too soft, and too thin. and have my feet shifting and sliding around in my boot while I work. Excessive ancle pain at the end of the day after wearing these.
Would not recommend these for active work if you're used to wearing thicker/grippy socks in your boots.
