Q: Do I need to waterproof my Merrell safety hikers?
2 years agoA: Hello, These boots already have a water repellant coating, as well as a Waterproof membrane. As the boots wear, you may want to reapply a DWR (Water repellant) coating to help the water bead off the shoes, and not soak in to the top layers of material, but these should be good to wear right out of the box.
