This Merrell Work Fullbench athletic-style safety shoe is built with a Superlite aluminum toe. Mesh and synthetic uppers are also lightweight for all-day comfort on the job. Mesh linings allow your feet to breathe and tough rubber outsoles provide durable traction and grip. These shoes meet CSA Grade 1 requirements for toe protection and resistance to puncture and electric shock.

Comfortable, but they have a short life

I bought these shoes for work in a home improvement warehouse store, and wore them for less than a year. The tops of the shoes, where the foot bends at the base of the toes, has quickly disintegrated over the past week and a half. It went from, hmm, looks like I might need some new shoes in a few months, to I need new shoes ASAP!! They are light-weight and comfortable, but they do not wear well. I cannot recommend them.

Still waiting on shipping sadly and I need them before next week. The time line is running out may have to look elsewhere for work shoes.

Encore bon, mais ce n'est plus parfait

J'achète Merrell depuis plus de 20 ans. Jamais déçu sauf l'année dernière (2023) il y a eu un défaut de fabrication. Mais le service client a été parfait et m'a retourné une nouvelle paire. Néanmoins, la durabilité des produits ont beaucoup changé. Avant on payait pour un nom et une qualité, là pour réduire l'inflation, on a réduit la durabilité de moitié... Mais cela reste d'incroyable "pantoufle" confortable et souple dès la première journée : je travaille en usine. La semelle, le talon et le cap dure sans défaut. C'est le tissus qui lâche rapidement (un an de vie ensuite il y a des trous)

Comfortable but not the right fit for me

Comfortable shoes, lightweight and cushioned soles. Shoes felt a bit wide, at least .5 size large and didn’t fit my feet properly. For a wider foot these shoes would be en excellent choice. Runs half to 3/4 size large.

I bought these at the end of February. I am currently replacing them as they are already worn out. The sole squeaks when walking. I have never used the original insole as they were basically cardboard. Nice wide shoe, but needs to be better structured for the cost.

Falling apart after minimal use.

I bought these shoes around 3 months ago, I actually find my old Reebok shoes comfier so I’ve worn those about half the time. I noticed last week that there are holes wearing through on the top of the shoes already. I should mention that I work in an office, even when I do wear these they don’t get used hard at all. I’m very disappointed in the quality and these will definitely be my first and last pair of Merrell work shoes.
No, I do not recommend this product.

- A: Hi Janessa, This style has an EVA midsole in conjunction with M Select™ GRIP targetted outsole pods for ultralight comfort and grip under foot. You can see in the image that the teal colour is the EVA and the black is the rubber. The rubber parts will give you good traction in the necessary areas, without any extra weight.3 years agoHelpful?
