[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own the original thawdaddy which is a great product and was using it most of the winter till I saw the recent end of the season offer for the thawdaddy 2.0. I wanted a heated vest that had a zipper option and I purchased an extended run time battery at the same time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it as i do a lot of outdoor work in negative temps, was excited to try it out, did everything the set up guide told me to, at first the little button on the vest lit up blue and red as bluetooth was connecting, everything went smooth, put it on and adjusted to 50% heat, before it could even heat it fell off bluetooth and stopped working. No troubleshooting guides to be found online or videos other than the regular "Quick connect" guide. Wont function without the app. Returning this immediately. Even filling out t his review its asking "Did you receive an incentive for this review?" and the only option is "Yes" or it wont let me submit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fieldsheer’s Smart Thawdaddy 2.0 Heated Vest offers a superb blend of comfort and performance. I like that the vest can be layered, and worn under any jacket or over any shirt. The thin, compactly designed vest fits comfortably under my clothing without any noticeable bulkiness. It doesn't restrict my movement. I can put the vest on and take it off quickly and easily. It has a sturdy zipper. Moreover, the vest is very easy to use. You just need to charge the battery pack, plug the lightweight lithium-ion battery into the vest, and choose your heat level. The vest is operated via a soft illuminated push button on the front. There are four heat settings to choose from and the settings can be controlled via a phone app. The vest heats up quickly. On the highest setting, it can provide welcome heat for about two hours on a single charge. It also does a good job of wicking moisture away from the skin, keeping you dry. I recommend this nifty, well-constructed heated vest because it's a great product to help keep you warm during colder weather. I find it ideal for sporting events and other outdoor activities lasting several hours or less.
