This would be the 3rd time i bought this jacket. its comfortable and can be worn year round. Good for work sites that require FR. I find the stitching from the pockets are worn easly. Im after just getting the pockets reinforced and I'm good to go.

Pioneer does it again with subpar gear

Bought this last winter for my first year on the oil sands. Sweater is warm and comfortable. However the whole thing fell apart after only 3 months. I will admit I am hard on gear but I have found that all pioneer gear will just fall apart after a few months(I am issued with pioneer rain gear and hats by my employer). Will not be buying again by myself or any of my coworkers. We have all had the same issue with the sleeves tearing at the seams. The pockets will also rip at the seams. Honestly the stitching is probably the part that will cause this item to fail every time. For the money it is garbage.
