As a petite industrial worker I always find trouble finding women’s hi vis clothing.. So I was extremely happy when I received this shirt. It’s a bit boxy but the sleeves are a good length hitting above the elbow (unlike the men’s xs which go mid forearm haha) Definitely recommend! For reference I’m 115lbs, 5’4 and wear an xs
