Silver Men's Grayson Easy Fit Straight Leg Jeans

Super comfortable, stylish - but not flashy, and high quality. Won't be going back to that other brand again, these are way better!

I ordered 4 items on Dec 20th for Christmas. It was an in store purchase which stated pick up in store same day. After waiting until later the next day, and not receiving any notice I called the store. They said that 2 of the items were there but the other 2 had to be brought from their stores in Timmins and Cobourg. Those would be sent by purolater on Dec 22. I asked if I would receive them for Christmas and they said there was no guarantee even though they were supposed to be same day. I called back on the 23rd at 1:15 pm and was told by a supervisor that the items were not there and could take 7-10 days. On the 20th I had also ordered 3 items from the distributing centre and had already received those ones. So I only had 5 of my items to give for Christmas. On the 27th I went into the store and my other 2 items (from Timmins and Cobourg were there) and I was told one arrived on the 23rd and one on the 24th and I should have received an email to let me know. There were no emails or phone calls to let me know they were there. I am very disappointed with the customer service (don't say it will be same day if you can't follow through), the supervisor was not very helpful and insinuated it was my fault for ordering late, and the items were there and i wasn't notified. I will definitely think twice about ordering from this store again.

I love Silver jeans, especially since they’re Canadian. I bought these for my husband and they fit perfectly and they’re great quality.
