Received 2 different sizes of sneakers in the box

Terrible quality control and client service. I ordered size 10 sneakers but to my surprise in the box were
2 different sizes of sneakers , one sneaker size 10 the other size 7.
How is it that no employee would have double check the sizes to ensure that they were indeed both the same size before the parcel was shipped out ?

These are great shoes. They have a nice wide toe-box but still look good. Walking long distances (10k at least) no problem at all.
