Second time ordering was awesome

Had to order the same pair of pants twice. First pair I ordered were dirty, used, and even had the tags ripped off. Not sure how anybody would think it's acceptable to receive a $200 pair of pants used and abused. Delivery on the first pair was only a couple days which was awesome. Sadly had to return them though. 2nd pair I ordered took almost 3 weeks for delivery but came brand new, wrapped up, clean, and with all the tags on them. Very happy with the item the second time around.
