I was suffering from planters facia for 4 years. I went to 2 different foot doctors . I had two custom made orthotic insole both does't work. After I try this insole my pain went away with in 2 weeks.. I recommend this product to every one

Finally...

Finally an insert that doesn't eventually hut or become useless after awhile. The insole itself deteriorates like a normal insole but the support is made of hard plastic and still does its job. It is only a partial foot insole so i would suggest putting a thin, full insole on top. I use the hand washable carbon infused insole that actually works too, just wash it after a day or two.

Better than my custom orthotics!

Great insole, I like it better than my custom carbon fiber orthotics. These are great in casual shoes and runners. I find that I can run on the treadmill with them on for 5km without problems.

Takes th pressure off the heels

Very effective orthopedic insoles. i have plantar fasciitis and i ordered these for my new wayfarer duck boots from mark's. it fits and no trimming or cutting at all. the heel of my right foot is right where it hurts and these insoles take the pressure off my heel altogether. I'd recommend these for anyone with the same problem.
