Size delusion

Not true size 12 as stated on item. I am a true size 12 as measured by the Brannock device. Boot fits full size larger WITH thick work socks. There is no option to try said boots on in store. Mark’s lacks the stock availability - a very absolute and inherent flaw for the brand. Ordered on-line so waste of time.
