Started hurting at the top tongue part 1 week

They started hurting at the top of the tongue where it meets with the foots curve.
When you walk or bend the foot the top digs into that foot bend and hurts.
Cant wear them lose.(tried and almost sprang my ankle going in and out of trucks all day.)
They seemed comfortable. They're real nice but like most real nice boots, they hurt.
