From Terra, these Spider X safety shoes feature composite toes and plates. They're metal free, electric shock resistant and puncture resistant. The sporty-looking work shoes provide all-day comfort with moisture-wicking and odour-fighting technology. The insoles are removable if you choose to replace them with orthotics. Direct injected single-density PU midsoles support your feet, while outsoles with the same composition include toe and heel bumpers for durability.

The best work shoe out there! I finish drywall for a living so am very hard on shoes. The last pair lasted me over 2 years. Only thing I would recommend is upgrading is the in soles. Would highly recommend purchasing these.

Ugly but worth it

I I’ve had at least 10 pairs of these over the years. They are by far the most comfortable work shoe I have ever worn. Generally speaking, I get less than a year out of each pair because the insides wear out. My job has me standing, kneeling, crouching, standing on laddersand a lot of walking. These shoes flex to whatever I put them through.

Q: What's the details of warranty on these?

A: Terra products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from date of purchase. This warranty, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear. Nor does it apply to product that has been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, modification or unauthorized repair or product purchased from an unauthorized dealer or seller. If you believe your product is defective, please email a completed Warranty Return Form to us at customerservice@terrafootwear.ca along with the following pictures: Internal tags showing style number and size Product in its entirety Bottom of soles showing tread Defective area Proof of purchase within 6 months from an authorized dealer or seller If, upon inspection, we determine that the product is defective, we reserve the right to replace the product, depending on the nature of the defect. Credit will only be issued for unworn and non-defective products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from province to province. Some provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Q: How are these shoes out side in the snow I have to wear year round

A: We would not recommend that the Spider X boots be worn in the snow because 1) The outsole material is PU, and does not perform well in cold weather; 2) The upper is mostly suede, and snow could "cling" to the upper during wear; and It does not have any insulation. We would recommend going with one of our boots that has leather and more durable outer upper material such as the Sentry 2020 or any of our boots with 200g Thinsulate or higher. Thank you.

A: Thank you for the question. The Terra Spider X does have a composite plate in it which helps to protect your feet from items that can puncture through the sole like nails, glass or unfinished metals.
