He has struggled most of his teen life in finding shoes that fit. he wears a size 16 (EEE) and is always disappointed cause he has had to wear older mens shoes with no style. He always dreamed of wearing a cool pair of Tims, but didn't know he could fit them. I checked the website and the first pair we ordered was too big. We were ecstatic! I sent back the first pair, ordered the second pair, and they fit perfectly. Timberland refunded my first pair, with no problem. Best experience/customer service ever, and now my nephew will have a great senior year and a forever shoe company.
