Comfy but Broken

I have loved the fit of Timberland products in the past and was excited to find these to be my new hikers after trying on a few different pairs. Love the fit, but after less than 50 miles of use, a seam on the side split open. I took them to a shoe repair shop and was told that this particular seem construction can only be redone if the entire shoe is pulled apart so that both sides of the leather lay flat. No fix possible. Would have hoped for something longer lasting.

Best boots for tree work ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a boot that was light weight and soundly built. These boots were so comfortable and lightweight I felt like I was wearing flip flops. They are waterproof and work well with my spurs. Awesome!

Failed within 2 Months, Returned

Unfortunately my experience demonstrated that the product was not worth the sticker price. Within 2 months: (1) the glue on the toe failed and the rubber began to fall off (2) the waterproofing in one boot failed such that if one stepped in a small puddle your foot would get wet (3) the foam in the heel of the other boot started to yield and become permanently compressed Perhaps this is best suited for the city or light and/or very occasional use.

No, I do not recommend this product.
