Worth the extra cost

Been doing maintenance work now for 7 years and I am on my 2nd pair. Great boots if you do alot of walking. I put on 10k steps a day.

This is the second pair of these boots I've bought. Very comfortable and extra width means I don't feel squeezed into them. Worth the money!

Shipped Worn Work Boots

I purchased Timberland work boots online for the convenience of not having to search at a retail store. The boots arrived in a timely manner but to my astonishment when I opened the box I quickly discovered that they had been worn. The soles were dirty, the insoles had hair and other pieces of dirt, and the leather were the toe bends when walking was creased. Not something from just trying them on in a store. I called customer service and they stated I can return them for refund but offered nothing for the inconvenience. No offer of sending me another pair. The boots were sent from a store in Moncton, NB. I even emailed customer service over a week ago, and no response. I will have to shop elsewhere due to the lack of service. Just wanted a new pair of boots. As for Timberland, they do make a quality comfortable boot. This low rating reflects my experience with Marks, not Timberland.

very uncomfortable

I bought these after my Timberland boondocks needing replacement. I tried them on in e store and they felt great, then wore them for a couple hours inside a warehouse and my feet and knees were in agony. I tried to exchange them but was told because of the "creases " they would not take them back. I am now stuck with $279 boots that i cant wear, needless to say i wont be shopping here again.
No, I do not recommend this product.
