Shirt is good, service was bad

The shirt is great but the service I received after ordering this online was awful. First they couldn’t ship to my single family home because apparently I had a P.O. Box (which I don’t) and when asked to ship to the store instead I was told the shipping address couldn’t be changed… after multiple phone calls between customer service and the sorting facility I asked to cancel my order. The following day I received an email saying my package was on its way to my house… for a shirt that was 4 hours away it took 1 month for me to receive it
