Horribly made shirt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horribly made shirt that I would not recommend to anyone! The shirt is cut very weirdly in the arms and the chest. The material is cheap and stiff and the shirt, for whatever reason, is very long! Too long! I never had any medium or large shirts this long. I was told the length of medium shirts by customer service via email. The length of medium shirts is 26.5", which is a lie, they are actually three inches longer! Customer service via chat is useless, nobody knows anything and if you try to email Timberland customer support, good luck! The average response is like 10 days per email. Timberland has turned into nothing more than a scam.
