Quality control needed

The sleeve had a seam that wasn't sewn in correctly causing a gap/hole. The material also startrd pilling after 2 washes. I didn't notice until after return window was closed. Customer service should take this back and refund or replace. It is defective. If I attempt to sew the sleeve will become smaller and deformed.

The hoodie was on sale for $50 so I bought one and it was really comfortable. Feels like a great fit and I’m hoping will be durable for my electrical trade work. Sleeves and body length are a good fit for me also. I bought a second one before they went off sale
