Winter pile lined mitts

The mitts were a good size and the cuff is nice and tight to provide good seal for the mitt. The pile could be a little thicker but hopefully being leather they should be nice and warm.

My mitts

I've been a user of this type of mitt as far as I can remember them....so now i use them for long cold rides with snowmobile!
Love the leather, lining especially when I use liner gloves my white pair! Liking the elastic cuff as well keeps snowmobile out!

Tough durable, warm mitts

I have 4 pairs and the mitts are warm and extremely durable. I used similar mitts growing up and in Winnipeg we called these garbage mitts . Great for the cold and we used for playing outdoor hockey.

They’re Ok. The suede gets wet very quickly in rain or wet snow, even with the spray waterproofing. To be fair, I’ve never had much faith with those sprays anyway and was just trying to use up the 3 cans we have. I’ll try the old fashion mink oil or Dubin next time around. Insulation inside is again - Ok. Not really tested in anything colder than -5C. We’ll see how that goes.

Poorly designed

I've had these gloves for 4 days with minimal use, and the inner lining is separating from the leather. Poorly designed.

A: The leather is naturally water repellent, but there is no special water proof finish on the leather to make it waterproof.
