These hard-wearing storm pants are designed to layer easily over your clothing for extra protection when the weather takes a turn. The tough exterior keeps the rain away, while the light taffeta lining makes them a cinch to layer. They come with full side zippers for easy access and removal and adjustable pant cuffs to tighten the fit around your boots. These versatile rain pants also come with articulated knees to allow free movement and flexibility.

The are great overpants to keep rain and provide and extra layer when riding motorcycles or for work. The thicker outside shell and lining stands up extremely well. The full length zipper on both legs makes it allot easier to get into or out of. I wish Viking didn’t discontinue these pants, their replacements are of reduced quality.

Need belt loops

Decent for breaking wind and they are water proof. Knocked 1 star off because the Velcro at the leg cuffs isn’t strong enough for walking in deep snow. Knocked the other star off because the waste snap is not strong enough to keep the pants done up if you use them for any kind of activity. They need to have belt loops on these pants which I have had sewn on

Poor quality sewing.

I ordered a pair of these pants in the fall and after a month they were falling apart. I ordered a second pair and had the same issue, they were also ruined one month later. The thread around the zippers and around the inside liner break apart in the wash. I would not recommend these pants.

Excellent choice for motorcycle rain pant

My wife and I use these pants on our motorcycle for when it rains or is just cold, they are ideal for this as the sides zip all the way up making it easy to put on in a hurry on the side of the road without having to removing our boots. The pants are very durable, water resistant and warm.
