It’s an umbrella and it works.

The umbrella is great—as long as there’s absolutely no wind, which is a bit of a problem in Nova Scotia, because it apparently never rains here without bringing a small hurricane along for the ride.
Even in a gentle breeze, this umbrella has a tendency to turn inside out and surrender to the elements. It works perfectly on those rare Nova Scotia days when it rains straight down and the air politely stands still.
Unfortunately, those days seem to occur about once every seven years.
I gave 4 stars because it did, in fact, repel rain. It would be nice to get a breeze proof umbrella though.
