Love the size of the cup and the straw feature. It fits most cup holders easily. Converting it from the straw to a sip-style cup is easy but drinking from the lid is not enjoyable or comfortable. Since removing the straw, I’ve had to take the lid off to drink from it. Keeps cold drinks moderately cold though.

Arrived broken - you'd think there would be a system in place to ensure not broken items - a box maybe? wrap in something other than a plastic bag perhaps?
