Took forever and then it arrived in feezing temp at my front door. No packaging just thrown in a bag, no packaging around it. Looks like someone in the packing department could not care less. It is in a bag with a label what else do you want. Needless to say after it has been thrown in a flimsy bag and left out in freezing weather it does not work. I will be returning it to one of your stores. Meatime I have no gift for my grandson this week. Disgusted.
