pickup sucked

my parents went to the store to pick up their birthday gift to find out that it wasn't there. they were told I was refunded, but I wasn't. I am pretty upset about this. buyer beware that if they say they are refunding something, it doesn't happen. But, wow! I wish that one of the store staff had had the foresight to try and contact me so that my mom and dad didn't go home empty handed... it was my dad's birthday gift.

The product - I don't know about the quality because the person I was buying it for went to find out that it wasn't there anymore. Basically I bought this as a gift for my parents. The Marks at Vaughan Mills told them they were no longer there and that I had been refunded. Not only was I not refunded but my parents had to leave empty handed without their birthday gift. This was not a great purchasing experience. In future, you must notify a customer if they are being refunded. And ensure it gets returned to their credit card. Also, if the person comes to pick it up... contact the buyer and arrange it so that their elder family member gets their gift! also, if there is a deadline, please state that boldly in the email: Pickup by X date.

A: Thank you for reaching out. These socks are for shoe sizes 9-12 and 13-15. The 9-12 would likely work best, the one size down is not that much. They are very stretchy.
