Great Coat, But Worst and Most Pathetic Delivery

I’m happy with the coat itself. After a week of wearing it, it’s comfortable, warm and has great features. Time will tell if the coat stands up to normal wear and tear. No complaints about the product after a week. Others have complimented the coat, so style and colour seems popular. HOWEVER, the delivery was the worst. Someone in the store, wherever it was shipped from, stuffed the coat into an undersized plastic bag. Attempting to safe on time and costs, the shipper needs to be fired! The coat arrived with the single layer plastic bag in tatters. The coat was fully exposed to the weather and dirty hands of everyone who handled it. Re-taped with shipping tape by someone along the transit route, the coat then got tossed on my front porch but fell off the edge onto the walkway into the weather. Had I not seen it in time, it would have been sitting in the snow and rain for hours, with the exposed coat getting soaked. Marks, you’re lucky I simply didn’t return it for a full refund.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Very nice, comfortable and wam parka. I don't understand why there are straps up the inside of the back but I appreciate the secure buttons, the strong zippers and the multiple pockets.

- A: Thank you for your question. This style does not include a waist drawstring. The center front zipper is not 2-way on this style however there are size zips on either side so that the hemline is opened to allow for more leg movement if the activity requires. Hope that helps!2 years agoHelpful?

Q: Could you tell me what is the purpose of the two straps inside the coat.? They are approximately 1.5 inches wide and go from the shoulder down to the waist.
