This is my third pair of these boots. I work in construction and love them. But the laces need to be upgraded. I find myself retying them constantly even with a double knot.

The only brand of hiking boots I'll wear

Of all the hiking boots I have ever worn, Wind River is the best. They're durable, comfortable, have great traction even on icy surfaces, breathable, light enough and look cool. I don't know how they made it breathable AND waterproof so they're just perfect for me.

Despite the packaging labels, these are NOT wide boots…..I have an older pair of size 12 boots that were sold as regular width and these new ones are no wider than the old ones. Very disappointed because I couldn’t go to try them on in one of your stores and had to order on-line instead.
