He's a size 28 -30 and i was worried the size 30 will be too big, but i thought he can layer it.

My partner can't get enough of these pants. Bought two pairs for Christmas and he raves about them constantly. Thought I would be returning his lesser favorite but he won't let them go! These are so warm and cozy. Perfect for our windy northern climate dog walks. He usually wears a Lululemon size large if that helps you pick your size. He is about 6'2" with a longer torso and weighs about 200lb and this size worked wonderfully.

A: DEPENDS, Pants are not water resistant so if you are a good skier & don't plan on falling down than yes but when I wear them to snowplow they get wet.
