Winter underlayer for casual activity

Seems like a well-made item suitable for low-intensity, i.e. no-sweat, winter activity, due to proportion of cotton to synthetic materials. Solid waist band and good length. Waffle pattern holds air for insulation. Durability after several washes unknown so far.
